Hourly rates
For matters billed by time, you receive a detailed monthly invoice outlining the work completed and the time dedicated. The rate may vary by team member.
Flat fees
Where possible we quote flat-rate pricing so you know the total cost in advance. Payment plans can be arranged to spread the cost over instalments.
Contingency fees
In select matters our fee is payable only if your case succeeds and you recover money — a percentage plus HST, always agreed in writing first. Disbursements remain the client's responsibility.
