Hourly rates
For matters billed by time, you receive a detailed monthly invoice outlining the work completed. Rates vary by team member.
Flat fees
Where possible we quote a flat rate up front, so you know the total cost in advance. Payment plans can be arranged.
Contingency
In select matters, our fee is a percentage of your recovery, plus HST, agreed in writing before we begin — you pay legal fees only if you recover. Disbursements remain the client's responsibility.
Notarizations: $50.00 for the first document, $35.00 each additional. Appointments required.
