Merve Ozdemir

Founder of Unity Legal and Notary Services. Merve is a Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario since September 2023. She is a member of the Ontario Paralegal Association and remains in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Merve represents individuals and businesses before the Small Claims Court, Landlord and Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Social Benefits Tribunal, and Provincial Offences Court. She also provides notary public and commissioning services, as well as judgment enforcement services, including garnishments, writs of seizure and sale, debtor examinations, and other enforcement proceedings.

Merve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, together with certifications in Public Administration and Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Immigration Case Management. She is currently pursuing her law degree at the University of Law in England.
